Acer HDD not working properly

Messagepar breckjensen » 21 Déc 2017, 08:22

My acer laptop has some problems...whenevr i move it it shuts down, even on its slightest touch, i have learnt that it is the Hard drives problem. It cant also run on the table or floor, i need to put a book or something under it on the left side then it starts and sometimes shutdowns, now it just restarts and restarts. These are the specs : Acer I spire E5 571-323F, 4gb RAM, 500gb HDD. Intel graphics 4400. I need to know what i can do to fix it, is the hard drive finished or does it need cleaning or replacing, i have not found any useful videos on how to clean a hard drive. I need to know if the hard drive needs replacing what specs does the other hdd need to have to work on my laptop. Can my laptop run over 500 gb HDD?

Please Help.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
